This residence was designed taking into account the client's intention to sell it.

Thus, elements that guarantee aesthetic and functional quality associated with a reduced cost of execution were considered.

The program of activities of the residence was based on the standard of dimensioning and common environments in the residences of the condominium, but different aesthetic elements were considered ensuring a highlight among other buildings and facilitating their commercialization.
